This year at the United States Championship Cheese Contest, Biery Cheese brought home another gold medal for our Pepperoni Cheese. The contest saw an array of new entries from new states and new manufacturing plants, totaling 1,158 entries from 26 states in all. The contest reflects the growth of new cheese makers and new products being produced around the U.S. "Accomplishing to win another gold medal in this field proves that Biery Cheese is dedicated to producing top quality product year in and year out" says CEO Dennis Biery. In the last five years, Biery Cheese has won ten medals in the major cheese contests and twenty in the last thirteen years.
