This year at the United States Championship Cheese Contest Biery Cheese brought home another two medals, a Gold Medal for our Pepperoni and a Silver for the Colored American. The contest saw an array of new entries from new states and new manufacturing plants, totaling over 1,000 entries in all. The contest reflects the growth of new cheese makers and new products being produced around the U.S. "Accomplishing to win two medals in this field proves that Biery Cheese is dedicated to producing top quality product year in and year out" says CEO Dennis Biery. In the last three years, Biery Cheese has won seven medals in the major cheese contests and seventeen in the last eleven years.
